a. Friday, July 28th Registration - All day
i. Welcome, meet & greet
b. Saturday, July 29th:
i. Historic Tour
ii. Banquet The Church Spot 2601 Pennsylvania Ave., Baltimore MD 21217 6pm - 9pm
c. Sunday, 30th: Prayer Breakfast in host hotel
3. Event Fees:
a. Seed Money, $35 per family household (please send by Aprl 1, 2023)
b. All Event Cost by check or cash: $60 for adults 13 and up and $30 for chldren 6-12
c. Payments through the website incurs addional service and processing fees: $65 for adults and $32.50 for children
Event Costs include:
-Banquet Hall (food and venue rental space)
-Van pick up from hotel to Banquet hall
-Friday night Hospitality room rental & food
-Sunday morning prayer breakfast room rental
-Registration bag (pick up when you check in)
Event Costs do not include:
-Saturday Tour of Baltimore (prices TBD)
-T-shirts (prices $13.00)
-Hotel Room Reservation or parking fees (must be made separately)
4. Tee shirt Cost: $13.00
Note: Please be advised that a payment by credit card will be approximately 3.9% more than a check, because of associated fees for that convenience.
